our recent stay in swellendam was absolutely magnificent, but the experience at kwetu guest farm surpassed all expectations. the stunning views of mountains and vineyards, the peacefulness of the cottages set far apart, and the bonus of visiting ostriches in front of our cottage made it an unforgettable getaway.

I had the most incredible time at Kwetu Guest Farm Villa. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the peaceful atmosphere gave me the perfect opportunity to relax and unwind. The hosts were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. I loved being able to explore the farm and interact with their tame and friendly horses. The guest house I stayed in was pristine, with beautiful decor and all the amenities I needed. The hot tub and in-house fire added an extra touch of luxury. The fast wifi was also a bonus for when I needed to work. my stay was exceptional and I highly recommend this place.
While my stay at Kwetu Guest Farm Villa was amazing, there were a few small drawbacks. The lack of air conditioning meant that I had to sleep with the windows and doors open, which allowed bugs into the house.

Anja, our host, was so cool and helpful. The cottages were sick, all trendy and clean. We hiked in Grootvadersbosch and cycled at Swellendam Golf Course. The animals were lit - giraffes and ostriches right outside! We even braved the icy dam for a swim. Definitely coming back, fam!
Only thing missing was a sick party scene for us young peeps. A bit more fun stuff to do at night would've been ace.

We had a fantastic stay at Kwetu Guest Farm, perfect for breaking the drive from the Eastern Cape to Cape Town. Jeanie, our friendly and helpful host, provided a warm welcome. The farm's location just outside of town was ideal. We loved the amazing animals to enjoy, and having our own set of keys to the electric gates made coming and going easy.
We do recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing time at the Kwetu Guest Farm Villa. Being surrounded by giraffes and ostriches was a unique experience. the chalet in the middle of a field was cosy and welcoming, with a large fireplace that kept us warm in the cold weather. the kitchen was well stocked and the bedroom was huge with convenient bathroom facilities. the staff were friendly and we even received delicious mandarins as a gift from the owner. Waking up to snow on the surrounding mountains was a magical surprise. Cons: Cannot find any fault. 👍.

The studio apartments at Kwetu Guest Farm were amazing! They had a flat-screen TV, which was great for relaxing with the family after a long day. The private bathroom with a shower and hairdryer was super convenient too. We felt right at home!
Personally, we didn't enjoy the shared bathroom with a hot tub. It took away some privacy and freedom.

We stayed at Kwetu Guest Farm for an intermediate stop near the N2, and it exceeded our expectations. The chalet was spacious and luxuriously equipped, with a perfect location for a mini-safari experience. We loved sitting on the veranda at sunset and spotting the animals around the farm. The friendly check-in lady made us feel welcome and at home. It was a unique and memorable stay.

Friendly staff and warm welcome. the cottage had beautiful views and a sense of tranquility. We enjoyed driving around the farm and spotting the various animals. the location was central to other amenities in the area.
The wifi was very slow and sometimes didn't work. the chimney at the braai was blocked, causing smoke to come back.

Our stay at Kwetu Guest Farm in Swellendam was worth every penny. The room, specifically the Rhebok cottage, was spacious and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities we needed. The location was breathtaking, with stunning views and the chance to see wildlife up close. The staff, especially our host Anja, were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.
The only thing that could have made our morning meal better would be a wider variety of breakfast options.
